    Thank you for this Mark. I’ve been learning in recent times, in practicing meditation, that we are bigger than anything that seems to be happening to us in the moment. It’s great because it doesn’t deny what’s happening–just that we are bigger, and can encompass it. Perhaps this is what Buddhists call “Big Sky mind”?
